HSD Inc. and the Houston Salsa Congress proudly present the Open Qualifiers competition. One (1) female soloist, One (1) male soloist, One (1) Couple Routine, and One (1) Duet will have a chance at an automatic place in the semifinals to a competition of the organizations choosing.

- Bachata Female Soloists
- Bachata Male Soloists
- Bachata Couples
- Bachata Duet
Passes are priced per category and per each person participating. For those wishing to compete in multiple categories you will need to purchase a pass per category listed above.
Oaxaca Paramount Cup | March 11 – 15, 2026
First Place Winner
- will go directly into semi finals at competition
- will receive their competition pass & full event pass
- will receive a hotel room for three (3) nights of competition
