VENDOR PACKAGES

The Houston Salsa Congress takes place every year on Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend and attracts visitors and performers from all over the world.  You’ll find our event attracts a mixed culture from all ages and professions.

  • Nightly attendance is est 3000 attendees per night!
  • Workshop attendance is over 700 attendees per day!
  • Located in one of the largest Metropolitan Cities!
  • Located in one of Houston’s prime locations!
  • Four night event at a ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel!

DETAILS:

  • Setup begins on Friday and must be completed before 5PM.
  • Teardown & clean up must be completed by Monday by 7AM.
  • The sell of inappropriate material is prohibited.
  • No outside drinks/food when hotel is selling.
  • Distribution of Food & Beverages for sale is prohibited per the Terms & Conditions of our contract with the venue.

INSTRUCTIONS & PACKAGES:

Safety is always a concern, so all Vendors must abide to the rules outlined by the Hotel and on our website.  Select a package that best fits your needs.  Once payment is received, Registration will forward a copy of your registration.

  • VENDOR TABLE SPACE INCLUDES ($450):  We will provide one (1) skirted table and one (1) chair.  Additional chairs may be requested by the hotel.   Contact the hotel to arrange electrical at your cost (not provided by HSC) at (281) 501-4300. Assignment of space is determined by Vendor Relations.
    • NOTE: Vendor Passes only allow you and your staff access to the VENDOR HALL and NOT the event.  Vendors will be offered a discount TBD at the door on Full Event, Full Night and Single Night passes only.
